The challenge
The Barcelona Wax Museum had diversified its offer, however the visitors did not take advantage of it.
Analysis
In a privileged location, at the end of Las Ramblas, by the sea, we discover four spaces: The forest of the fairies, The passage of time, The shop of the passage and the Barcelona Wax Museum. A magical world to enjoy a very differentiated offer, including services ranging from the sale and tasting of gastronomic products, to a selection of objects of very peculiar designs, or simply, it invites to have something enjoying a fable scenario. All this universe has been oriented mainly to tourists attracted by this city. But how to publicize the offer?
“An entertaining offer to spend an unforgettable day”
The proposal
To transmit to the visitors the possibilities of leisure and fun that the facilities offer. Through a concept that links the values of the whole offer as a theme park “The wax mystery”, generating an outdoor and online communication campaign. The action has materialized in social networks, a web site showing novelties and it also represents a small tasting of what can be found and done. At the same time it allows to reserve or buy the tickets online.
On the other hand, we have installed a private television system, we developed a dynamic marketing application that allows programming the content of each screen. A total of 10 screens located in strategic points, showing the visitors everything that can be discovered inside the premises. We have produced, recorded, edited and animated many contents, in addition to creating all the audiovisual packaging identity.
Results
The wax mystery is a family adventure that offers a complete day in Barcelona, full of surprises, entertainment, shopping and tasty tastings.
