Any bank tries to devote the maximum attention to its clients to maintain their fidelity. But sometimes queues can desperate anyone. Would it be possible to avoid waiting times?
Analysis
Solbank is part of the Banc de Sabadell and was born to help foreign clients wanting to reside in Spain and it offers an extensive network of offices in the main residential tourism areas of Spain, such as the Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Costa Brava and The archipelagos of the Balearic and Canary Islands.
Among its products and services are mortgages, term deposits, as well as investment funds, pension plans and savings insurance. The truth is that certain banking procedures involve an extensive dedication of time, which can cause waits for the rest of clients. How could the user experience be improved?

The proposal
Solbank Channel is an interactive television that enliven waiting times, the customer can choose audiovisual content on demand; from clips explaining the banking products to cultural contents, as well as a magazine of activities around the area, and even connecting to the Internet through a large screen.
On the one hand, we developed for this project the audiovisual management tool and on the other all the audiovisual contents, including the audiovisual identity of Solbank Channel.
Results
We have named this solution as Waiting TV, the television that makes waiting times more enjoyable.
